A French personal care company was developing a new hair removal device and needed functional, appearance-ready components for testing and design validation. RPWORLD provided fast, multi-process manufacturing support to help turn the concept into pre-assembly-ready parts.

• ABS housing: CNC + high-gloss scratch-resistant painting
• Steel support: sheet metal fabrication
• Aluminum cooling part: wire cutting + high polishing
• PU handle: vacuum casting, 60A hardness, Pantone 423C
• Foam seal: hand cutting
• Epoxy resin part: vacuum casting, heat resistant up to 200°C
